CrossFit means constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life.

Breathwork
Breathing: we all do it, but we hardly do it properly and we don’t use it to its full potential. Our breathwork specialty class teaches you how to optimize your breathing during your workouts, but also how to help you release and regulate stress in your daily life. Our certified breathing coach will teach you about the theoretics and lets you experience the benefits of proper and different kinds of breathing. In a group class you will be guided through several exercises to help you improve your breathing.
running training
“I don’t like running”. The first thing our running coach will ask you, is if you don’t like it or if you’re not good at it. Usually, the latter causes the first. In our running class, you will get better at the mechanics and the movement of running first. This will help you to improve the endurance part of running. Fix the basic first, get better at actual running. It doesn’t matter what your current level is, everyone can participate and become better at running than they are today.
weightlifting
Do you like workouts with a barbell and want to get even better in it? Or don’t you like them, because you’re not good at them? Then our weightlifting specialty class is where you can focus on your technique even more. Get better at Olympic lifting and power lifting, by going through the mechanics step by step, learning to blueprint the movement and all the exercises that help you improve your weightlifting. Everyone can join, because this class is about focusing on technique and not about who can lift the heaviest weights.
gymnastics
Whether you want to get that first pull-up, that muscle-up, learn to do a handstand or just get a stronger core to help you in other movements; the gymnastic class is perfect to work on your skills. It’s for all levels. We do floor drills, to get your muscles stronger and to improve your mobility. We practice movements in every detail, so you can get better, step by step. You’re not there yet? No worries, our coaches will give you fun and challenging exercises to make you better, no matter your current level or goals.
